Our Story

We are a home-based bakery crafting small-batch baked goods with love, care, and intention in every step. Our recipes are made using freshly milled flour, ground just before baking to preserve its natural nutrients, rich flavor, and aroma. Unlike commercial white flour—which is heavily processed and stripped of its bran and germ—fresh-milled flour retains essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber, resulting in baked goods that are more wholesome, flavorful, and satisfying.
